Lounges Bars Couches In Altlanta

pies crispy shrimp and mussels

A scrumptious pies I made last November:

Ingredients:

* wafer pies, the size that you like
* 200 grams of prawns
* 200 grams of mussels
* 4 or 5 garlic shoots
* 250 milliliters of whole milk * 250 ml
mussel-shrimp broth
* 3 tablespoons flour

* breadcrumbs * 1 egg
* olive oil * salt

Preparation:

- peeling the shrimp, reserving shells.
- in a saucepan with a little water to steam open the mussels, reserving the broth.
- in the soup cook for about 15 minutes the shells of the shrimp. Strain and reserve.
- in a pan with some olive oil fry the peeled shrimp tails.
- chop the prawns and mussels and reserve.
- chop the garlic.
- in the pan that has oil sauté the prawns, fry the chopped garlic and right there to make a white sauce with flour and half milk half stock of mussels and prawns. Season.
- when the white sauce begins to thicken, add mussels prawns and chips, stirring constantly, until a bechamel espesita but not too hard.

- placing the wafer on the table and put a little white sauce in the center.

Moisten the edges of the wafer and fold in half, seal with the tines of a fork the contour of the wafer.
- pass the pies by the beaten egg and then breadcrumbs.
- fry the dumplings in plenty of oil until golden brown.

Time: 1 hour
Difficulty: None, just a little practice to prepare the white sauce to perfection.
