The Jonas Brothers sent by your blog on My Space a message to his fans for the start of New Year, with a brief overview of everything that lived and did during the previous year. Here in the translation ...
Happy New Year to everyone!
again it is time to remember the 2010 and look toward 2011. 2010 was a year full of amazing memories and first of all we thank you for everything.
The 2009 was an incredible end to the marriage of Kevin and Danielle. Marriage was a dream and none of us, or anyone who was there will forget how beautiful it was or how amazing you are for each other.
started in 2010 with the launch of the side project of Nick and The Administration, Who I Am, and a North American tour.
"Being able to tour and release an album with The Administration was really a dream come true. I learned a lot from each of the members of The Administration and it was fun to be with you (the fans) in each show. Knowing that I have the support of my brothers made the trip even more special. "
Nick went on the cover of Parade Magazine which highlighted his musical journey as well as being honored as Entertainer of the Year at the Young Hollywood Awards.
The first half of the year for the Jonas Brothers We spent filming the second season of our show JONAS LA. This will brought to LA with Macy (Nicole) and Stella (Chelsea). We are very grateful to everyone who worked to make this season a success. In the summer we launched the Jonah soundtrack.
After filming JONAS LA were very excited to introduce to our fans and our performance at the Grove was incredible singing old songs and the debut of Baby THE in front of a number of record-breaking fans .
We also present at Angel Stadium, Arthur Ashe Kid's Day, and we made our second presentation sold out at the Houston Rodeo (more than 72,000 people for the second consecutive)
Nick could go to London this year to perform at the West End production of Les Miserables. This was a preview of what will be his participation later in the 25th Anniversary Concert at the O2. He did great on the production and received incredible reviews, which led to lengthen their season.
The 2010 was full of appearances Joe's very popular programs like American Idol, 90210, Hot in Cleveland (Joe incredible pace with Betty White and the rest of the cast!) and Top Chef. Joe also decided to make the long awaited humanitarian trip to Africa. Visited schools, orphanages, and even joined Prince William in an event related to conservation efforts in Africa.
"So far the trip to Africa has been the best. I'm excited about the power waiting to return. While I was there I met some of the most incredible families, children and adults. They inspired me tremendously. His happiness and joy was very strong. Even when they had so little seemed to have much that is far more important: Love
I also had the opportunity to meet Prince William. What a good person. It's really amazing to see what is doing in Africa with humanitarian groups. "
During the trip, Joe was also able to be present in World Cup in South Africa (another dream come true).
do what we can do for the community has always been close to our hearts. Besides the fact that Joe was part of the Special Olympics and Fun Runs iWin also were part of the telethon Hope For Haiti, the campaign (RED), and continue our work for Friends For Change, and of course with the foundation of The Jonas Brothers Change for the Children. Being part of this type of case was a blessing and more than enough for us, but we were also very honored to be recognized at the awards DoSomething and the TJ Martell Foundation.
Kevin was invited to Minute to Win It and won the most money in the program's history and won everything. He did AWESOME and had a very good evaluation. He also had the opportunity to be on the MTV show, When I Was 17, and shared his memories as a teenager. Kevin and Danielle were also a time to be together during the holidays, sharing his newly married life with her fans through Mazagine People, USA Today, etc.
In July we began our tour of North American amphitheaters in the U.S. and Canada. This is the best part of what we do ... SEE THE FANS AND SHOW YOUR LOVE AND INSPIRATION.
We also had the honor of being able to perform at the White House in honor of Paul McCartney to George Gershwin Prize. Singing a song written by the legend in front of himself, was an experience I will never forget. Prior to that we were part of another historic event, the recording of We Are The World with Lionel Richie, Quincy Jones, and many famous artists today.
premiered in September Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. It was the # 1 cable movie of 2010, which won a People's Choice. Before that we were also nominated for an Emmy for JONAS.
Nick returned to London during the holidays between sections of North and South American tour to perform at the 25th Anniversary of Les Miserables at London's O2 Arena. Presented alongside some of the most talented and popular artists in the world. Nick has appeared on Broadway as a child in the original production of Les Miserables and it was a dream come true to play Marius.
After his presentation in Les Miserables, he went to Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Latin America and South America, introduced himself and was able to meet for the first time to our fans in Abu Dhabi. Once again, the fans and the performances were incredible.
already prepared some things that are really exciting for 2011. Some know them ... WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO HEAR THE OTHER!
None of this would have been possible without you.
Thank you for allowing us to continue to live the dream with you.
Love,
Jonas Brothers
Kevin, Joe and Nick
