ON-STREET
The homeless
De-am-bu-lan
As I sleep and I eat as I
clothed as I was crying as I
share the same space
big tent, leaky
morning silence that surrounds us
ambulation
Ian laughs off
fallen trees
or will be reversed
arropante
Mother Nature gives us all suck to wake up my body
Head down, legs, looking at the sky Looks
Men complicit with them all the pain Hosts
I like watching them in front
gods of all ages scattered through the city
to see if we recognize
Just for today © Lucille Lang Sunday, September 6, 2009
